Why Stewardship Matters
The word stewardship reflects something I believe deeply—that people deserve to be guided with care during important moments, not rushed or pressured through decisions that affect their families and futures.
For me, stewardship is rooted in personal values shaped by my faith—values like responsibility, service, and doing what’s right for people, even when it isn’t the easiest path. Those principles guide how I approach my work and how I walk alongside clients during seasons of transition and uncertainty.
Financial decisions often come during pivotal moments—preparing for retirement, navigating change, or facing uncertainty. My role is to steward people through those decisions with clarity, patience, and care, helping them move forward with confidence.
about me.
I grew up in Carroll County, Virginia, where I still live today with my wife, Hannah, and our two sons, Easton and Kai. Being rooted in this community has shaped how I approach my work—personally, thoughtfully, and with a long-term perspective.
I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2018 through the CFP certification education track in finance and earned my CFP® certification in 2021. That education and training reinforced my belief that good planning is about more than numbers—it’s about helping people make decisions that align with their values and real lives.
HOW I WORK WITH CLIENTS
I work directly with clients in a relationship built on trust, communication, and long-term thinking. That means clear conversations, plain-language explanations, and guidance that evolves as life changes.
Clients don’t come to me for quick answers—they come for steady guidance and a partner who takes the time to understand their full picture.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
I hold the CFP® certification, which reflects a commitment to rigorous professional standards, ethical responsibility, and ongoing education in financial planning. These standards help guide how advice is developed and delivered, with an emphasis on objectivity and care.
